Risky Beesness is a local family run operation that has been collecting honey in the Wellesley & Woolwich Townships of Ontario since 2011. It began with a few hives at a local farm and has expanded to managing a few hives at multiple farms and woodlot locations. The goal is to produce top quality, pure and natural honey that meets the 100% local Ontario #1 Grade.

Our Honey varies in colour, aroma, and texture depending on which local nectar the bees collect. Each location has a range of trees, flowers, and food crops surround the hives, resulting in a host and variety of subtle flavours in each container.

A priority of our Micro-Honey processing is to maintain the natural allergens, antioxidants, and enzymes along with a high pollen count. This means we limit filtering our honey and use only a gentle warming process for our liquid honey. The annual harvest is delicately processed in small batches to ensure its high quality.
